Citi is seeking an Andean Digital FX Sales Head to lead the digital FX sales strategy for corporate clients in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. You will leverage electronic pricing, liquidity, payments and custody tools to grow wallets and deliver digital solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams with Trading, Voice Sales and FX Product to design innovative workflows and new value propositions for clients, while ensuring governance and control across functions.

Formación

• An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and new digital products.
• 7–10 years of client-facing FX sales or trading experience at a top-tier bank.
• Proven track record growing eFX wallet through value-added service.
• Execution oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and own FX service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Digital FX Sales strategy in the Andean region with corporate clients as a primary segment.
• Manage and grow relationships with FX clients and drive execution towards digital channels.
• Partner with Trading, Voice Sales and FX Product to deliver digital solutions.
• Originate opportunities with new-to-Citi relationships and expand wallets with existing clients.
• Own onboarding and servicing of clients across Citi's ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Market Risk and Credit Risk for governance.
• Uphold Citi's Code of Conduct and risk management policies.
• Foster responsible finance, governance, discipline and ethics.

Andean Digital FX Sales Head

A Unique Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join a market leading Digital FX Sales desk, to cover great clients and to learn a tremendous amount about eTrading, Sales in a global franchise, product management, FinTech, traditional FX products, but also Custody FX and Payments FX. About the Role Citi's FX Sales business provides best-in-class solutions and an unmatched global presence to Financial Institutions and Corporate Clients from trading floors around the world. As the head of FX Digital Sales in the Andean sub-cluster, you will be responsible for leveraging Citi's electronic pricing, liquidity, products, payments and custody infrastructure to grow and maintain our relationship and wallet share with corporate clients in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru and also to create new workflows and value propositions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Digital FX Sales strategy in the Andean region with corporate clients as a primary segment
• Manage and grow relationships with FX clients and drive execution towards digital channels
• Partner closely with Trading, Voice Sales and FX Product to deliver industry leading digital solutions to clients
• Originate meaningful opportunities with new-to-Citi relationships as well as winning new wallets with existing clients
• Take ownership to ensure other key business functions properly onboard and service clients based on your understanding of Citi's clients
• Work closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market Risk and Credit Risk to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
• Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets
• Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications

• An entrepreneurial approach for business origination, developing new relationships and new digital products and solutions
• 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role in FX sales or trading in a top tier bank
• Experience managing client relationships with proven track record growing and maintaining eFX wallet through value-added service and commercial skills
• Execution oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines and take ownership of the overall FX service provided to clients
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
