Carat is seeking a data processing professional to execute data processing for clients. The role requires understanding of input/output file requirements and delivering data processing results with quality audits.

The position focuses on ETL, file management, and job scheduling to ensure accurate client data delivery. Strong documentation and post-prod review participation are expected.

Formación

• Understanding of file management, ETL and job scheduling concepts.
• Ability to implement data loading and QC validation concepts.
• Documentation of operational processes may include runbooks and logs.

• Maintains documentation such as an Operations runbook, calendar and error log.
• Participates in post-production post-mortems.

The purpose of this role is to execute data processing for our clients.

This role is able to understand the input file requirements and output file requirements, along with data processing capabilities.

The end result is a role that delivers data processing results for our clients.

• Contributes to a high-quality technology solution as evidenced by solution audits and results


• Has a solid understanding and application of file management, ETL and job scheduling concepts


• Has a solid understanding of service offerings and capabilities


• Identifies solution/production improvements and efficiencies to benefit clients and the business


• Identifies risks in a pre-production audit/review


• Understands and implements data loading and QC validation concepts


• Maintains appropriate documentation which may include an Operations runbook, Operations calendar and operations error log


• Participates in/drives post-production post-mortems
