Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights to join its Global Procurement COE. The role focuses on transforming enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision-makers.

You’ll build modern BI visuals, leverage AI tools, and drive EBITDA savings validation across our global procurement ecosystem. This is a high-impact position with global reach.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI platforms.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, cycle times, and predictive models.
• Identify savings opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A with cross-functional alignment.
