Equinix is seeking a Manager for AMER Operations Compliance to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance in LATAM. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and standards while leading a team dedicated to compliance matters.

The successful candidate will manage EHS audits, provide training, and facilitate operational improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 3 years of EHS compliance experience are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of EHS compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment and retention of EHS compliance staff.
• Assist in managing internal and external EHS audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant EHS laws and standards.
• Provide guidance and training to operations teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on safety protocols.
