Amz-AllStars is seeking an AI Video Editor to transform scripts into scroll-stopping Meta ads, blending AI visuals, real footage, and stock B-roll into polished, high-performing creatives.

You will own a significant portion of the editing pipeline, collaborate with marketing teams, and apply DTC fundamentals to optimize hooks, pacing, and retention for fast-turnaround campaigns. Experience with Meta ads and AI video tools is required.

Formación

• Proven experience editing video ads for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools for B-roll or AI scenes.
• Strong pacing, hooks, and editing techniques that drive paid social performance.
• Comfortable working from a script and applying DTC ad fundamentals to edits.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce AI-generated ad content for Meta campaigns across multiple styles.
• Blend AI visuals, real client footage, and stock B-roll to strengthen storytelling.
• Take raw footage and cut it into finished, performance-ready ads.
• Apply scripting and DTC principles to optimize hook strength, pacing, and retention.
