Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, or onboarding role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and cloud-based software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through the technical onboarding process.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams.
• Assist with API integrations and custom implementations.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance product features.
• Refine onboarding and integration processes continually.
