O-I is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You will work with business, data, security, and technology teams to translate opportunities into production-ready AI systems and scalable, governable workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with generative AI, AI agents, and integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and tools like Azure AI and Fabric.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in AI, data science, CS, analytics, software engineering, information systems or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering, software/data/analytics engineering, automation, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience deploying generative AI applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI-enabled workflows in production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with APIs, source control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft AI technologies (AI Foundry, Copilot) and Microsoft Fabric or comparable data-platform tech.
• Understanding of orchestration patterns, memory, knowledge retrieval, guardrails, observability, and human approval patterns for AI agents.
• Knowledge of enterprise data integration, data lakes/lakehouses, data warehouses, semantic models, data mining, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of identity, access control, data privacy, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and audit requirements for enterprise solutions.

Responsabilités

• Translate business opportunities into production-ready AI solutions with clear use cases, requirements, and success measures.
• Design and build AI agents, agentic workflows, and decision-support applications.
• Configure agent instructions, memory, tools, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business systems.
• Develop reusable platform components, including templates, connectors, and monitoring capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and compliant with governance and privacy requirements.
• Monitor data quality, adoption, and business value, refining solutions based on feedback.
• Document designs, configurations, tests, deployment procedures, and training materials.
