Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) seeks an AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter to drive US-focused tech hiring. You will build strong pipelines in AI, robotics, and ML, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and partner with managers to define profiles.

You will assess candidates for deep technical fit, manage multiple searches, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely from Colombia.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, including direct sourcing of AI/robotics talent.
• Experience recruiting for US-based roles and markets.
• Strong understanding of AI, robotics, ML and related engineering domains.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent candidate assessment, stakeholder management and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, ML, robotics and related engineering roles.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boards, networks, and communities.
• Recruit for AI/ML engineers, robotics engineers, controls engineers, and related roles.

We are looking for an experienced AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on identifying and attracting highly technical talent across robotics engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience with advanced technical profiles, understands the terminology and skill sets associated with these fields, and can develop effective sourcing strategies to reach highly specialized talent in competitive markets.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions within AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, and related engineering fields.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, industry communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for a variety of technical positions, including AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Controls Engineers, and other specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Screen candidates to assess their technical backgrounds, relevant experience, and overall fit for each position.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 2+ Years of recruitment experience, including direct experience sourcing and recruiting specialized AI, robotics, machine learning, or related engineering talent within the US Market.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles such as Robotics Engineers, Controls Engineers, AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, or similar technical positions.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to identify relevant skills and experience in specialized candidate profiles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and build pipelines for niche, highly competitive talent markets
