Arionkoder is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our products. You will craft roadmaps, understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and lead a cross-functional product team including ML engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to AI solutions.
• Proven leadership: lead product teams and manage full development cycles.
• Ownership & reliability: commit to milestones with transparent progress.
• Strong analytical skills: set and evaluate product metrics for performance and quality.
• Robust communication: excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• User-centric design understanding: apply user research in product design.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap: translate business objectives into a deliverable plan for engineering and design.
• Define collaboratively: shape features with Tech Lead and UX/UI teams.
• Drive execution: work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into sub-items and track progress.
• Lead client demos: present product value to prospective clients and articulate benefits.
• Support go-to-market: collaborate with Growth to position and sell the product.
• Align with the business: connect roadmap to Arionkoder's innovation programs.
