Koin Limited is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and ship Claude-powered internal tools and automations that power its operations. You will work across Next.js, Supabase, n8n, and integrations with NetSuite, Shopify, and Patchworks to improve revenue, margin and operational efficiency.

You’ll take features from SoW to design, build, test and deploy on our internal stack, and you’ll coach teams to adopt AI-first workflows, creating reusable templates and skills to scale Claude-powered

Formación

• Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development.
• Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code as a primary development environment, alongside strong knowledge of Claude across Chat and Cowork
• Strong Supabase experience: Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security policies, and edge functions are essential
• Experience deploying and running applications on Vercel with Next.js
• Disciplined GitHub workflow: branching strategies, pull requests, and managing preview/production environments through Vercel
• Experience building and operating n8n workflows, including error handling and integrations via APIs and webhooks
• The ability to read and reason about the code AI produces (TypeScript, SQL): you will not be hand-coding, but you must understand what is happening under the hood and catch what the AI gets wrong
• Able to produce Technical Design Documents (with AI) covering architecture, data model, and security to a standard fit for approval
• Experience designing and building agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents
• Experience working within Agile frameworks: sprint planning, daily standups, and delivering in sprint increments
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design, test, and iterate on complex prompts for diverse use cases
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and JSON
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into buildable, automatable steps
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to create clear documentation and training materials
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and structured working style, able to manage workload independently in a remote environment aligned with UK business hours
• Naturally curious with a bias toward continuous improvement and staying ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Responsabilidades

• Process Automation & Workflow Building: Identify and prioritise manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across all departments for automation.
• Training & Team Enablement: Design and deliver structured training programmes to upskill team members across all departments in effective AI usage.
• Prompt Engineering & Output Quality: Develop prompting strategies to maximise Claude's accuracy and consistency across Chat, Cowork, and Code.
• AI Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to the AI adoption roadmap and evaluate new AI tools and capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, finance, and e-commerce to understand workflows and pain points.
