Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a role involving coaching, training, or instruction.
• At least 1 year supporting K‑8 students through coaching focused on learning habits, motivation, self‑direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines.
• At least 1 year combining hands-on data analysis with direct student or learner support.
• At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis (lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts).
• At least 6 months using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional workflows to produce real outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Produce precise Academic Data Reports and surface issues within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response coaching calls to resolve blockers and motivate learners.
• Evaluate and implement new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes to innovate learning strategies.
• Sync with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.
