Influur seeks an AI Motion Graphic Designer to scale how the product moves visually, bridging motion design, brand, and marketing to create high-impact animations that stop the scroll and convey value.

You will work at the intersection of motion, messaging, and product storytelling, turning ideas into sequences that feel alive and communicate clear benefits to users.

Formación

• Portfolio with motion at the center and ability to convert as well as communicate value.
• Understanding of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy to make decisions, not just execution.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere, CapCut and bridging static to motion with Figma or similar tools.
• Experience using AI video and motion tools like Runway, Kling, or Pika as part of workflow.
• Experience in brand, product marketing, or content where motion serves the message.

We're looking for an AI Motion Graphic Designer who's excited to build and scale how our product moves visually. You'll sit at the intersection of motion design, brand, and marketing - bringing ideas to life through dynamic, high-impact animations that stop the scroll and clearly communicate value.

If you think in sequences, not just frames - understand the why behind your motion decisions, and know how to make a product feel alive - this role is for you.

You're the Type Who

• Has a strong portfolio with motion at the center - and knows the difference between animation that looks cool and animation that converts.
• Understands timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy well enough to make decisions, not just execute them.
• Lives in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut - and uses Figma or similar tools to bridge the gap between static and motion.
• Uses AI video and motion tools like Runway, Kling, or Pika as a real part of your workflow, not just something you've tried once.
• Has worked in brand, product marketing, or content close enough that you get why the motion has to serve the message.
• Figures things out fast and doesn't wait to be told exactly how - you're scrappy by default.
• Communicates clearly with product and marketing without losing anything in translation.
