Power Digital is an AI‑Native Growth Firm that partners with brands to accelerate growth using Omega, Iris, and their Nova ecosystem. This role focuses on owning paid advertising strategy and execution to deliver measurable results for clients.

As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you will lead campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bing, report on performance, and optimize spend to maximize ROI. Fluency in English required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, 1–2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of direct response marketing experience in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SEM and search campaigns.
• Experience with campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing across paid social and paid media native platforms.
• Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Lead end-to-end builds with cross-functional teams and Specialists when needed.
• Drive optimizations to improve performance toward goals.
• Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes.
• Communicate strategy and performance internally and with clients.
• Provide weekly performance recaps with insights and next steps.
• Leverage data to tell compelling stories and justify recommendations.
