Realtime is seeking a self-starting Paid Search Analyst who is eager to learn and leverage proprietary AI tools for paid media trafficking, optimization, and reporting across search and social channels.

As part of the team, you will build, traffic, and launch campaigns, monitor performance, and partner with AI engineering teams to improve tooling and processes at scale. This role emphasizes curiosity and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on paid search advertising experience.
• Data-first mindset with comfort using spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with tracking and measurement fundamentals (UTM tagging, pixel setup, GA).

Responsabilidades

• Build, traffic, and launch paid campaigns across search and social.
• Configure audience targeting, bidding, and naming per standards.
• Perform pre-launch QA on tracking, creatives, targeting.
• Maintain budget pacing and account organization.
• Monitor performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement in-platform bid adjustments and budget reallocations.
• Support A/B tests and document results.
• Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, and creative issues.
• Pull and format periodic performance reports for stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of attribution and UTM structures.
• Provide feedback to AI tools team and assist with feature requests.
