WON is seeking a hands-on automation engineer to design and build automation infrastructure spanning project management, delivery, reporting, capacity planning, and recruiting. You will work closely with the AI Practices Lead to turn priorities into reliable systems that teams trust and rely on daily.

You’ll create scalable dashboards and internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy, enabling faster decision-making across the agency.

Formación

• Production-grade automation and internal tooling experience required.
• Strong systems thinking across an organization.
• Ability to work with PM, delivery, recruiting, leadership to define needs before automating.
• Ability to justify automation decisions and select appropriate solutions.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tooling.
• English fluency for daily collaboration with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automation and infrastructure for project management and delivery workflows.
• Build dashboards for client and internal agency data connected to live data.
• Create capacity planning tools to track real-time team load.
• Develop recruiting automation: pipeline tracking and candidate communications.
• Improve information flow and cross-team collaboration through automation.
• Work directly with stakeholders to ensure shipped systems fit real workflows.
• Maintain systems in production with monitoring and documentation.
