Resolv Global is seeking 2 hands-on AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our Barranquilla, Colombia team in a hybrid, full-time capacity. You will develop, maintain, and optimize Base44 applications, build integrations, and implement automations to support growing business needs.

The role requires independent problem-solving, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base44.
• Experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in or within traveling distance of Barranquilla, Colombia.
• Must be able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Base44.
• Build and manage integrations, APIs, workflows, and automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.
• Test, refine, and implement new functionality as business needs evolve.
