Resolv Global in Barranquilla, Colombia, is seeking 2 full-time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team. The role combines hands-on software development with building integrations and automations, using Base44, in a hybrid work environment with 2–3 days in the office.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, experience with APIs, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Work Model: Hybrid; 2--3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely
• Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
• Compensation: Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills
• Payment: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Base44.
• Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.

Remote Work Technical Requirements

Because this is a hybrid position, candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days.
