Resolv Global in Barranquilla, Colombia, is seeking 2 hands-on AI Developers/Software Engineers to join the growing team in a full-time, hybrid role. Applicants should have proven Base44 development experience and be able to build, maintain, and integrate applications, APIs, and workflows while collaborating with internal teams.

This contractor position requires English communication and the ability to work 2–3 days per week in the office.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base44
• Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be based in or within traveling distance of Barranquilla, Colombia
• Must be able to work from the office 2–3 days per week

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Base44
• Build and manage integrations, APIs, workflows, and automations
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes
• Test, refine, and implement new functionality as business needs evolve
