CI&T is seeking an AI Builder in Bogotá to work with SMEs and business teams, translating needs into AI agents that automate and improve processes. You will prototype and test AI solutions with end users, iterating based on feedback to achieve tangible improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and a bias toward experimentation and action. You will operate in a hybrid model (3x/week) in our Bogotá office, requiring advanced English and strong business acumen

Qualifications

• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x/week) in Bogotá.
• Advanced English level for verbal communication.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand non-technical users.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI and AI agents; able to build practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to improve processes.
• Proactive and hands-on mindset with experimentation and action.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to a working prototype.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
