CI&T is seeking an AI Builder to help identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual processes using AI. You will work with SMEs and business teams to understand challenges, translate needs into AI solutions, and build and test AI agents with users.

This role is highly collaborative and experimental, requiring quick movement from problem to tangible prototype that users can test and provide feedback on. Hybrid work in Bogotá is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced English for verbal communication.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of non-technical work.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI and AI agents to build practical solutions.
