Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Sn. Software Engineer / Bilingual / Remote to join the Solutions Engineering team. The role can be performed anywhere in Colombia and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

You will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design, and PoC evaluations across enterprise accounts, delivering compelling demonstrations and cross-functional collaboration to drive ROI. Minimum qualifications include 4+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, 3 years

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
• Minimum 3 years translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT.
• Minimum 2 years delivering live software demonstrations or PoC tests.
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and product demos showing business value.
• Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility, displacement of competitors, and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for feedback and account penetration.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
