Amrize is seeking a Delivery Excellence Lead to join the Delivery Center in Bogotá. The role focuses on leading the adoption and continuous improvement of the Delivery Operating Model, promoting SAFe, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, and SAP Activate practices to improve delivery consistency and value.

The candidate will coach teams, develop playbooks, and assess delivery maturity across SAP initiatives and complex programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, PMO, SAFe, and delivery excellence roles.
• Experience implementing SAFe, leading Agile or Hybrid delivery initiatives, and working with Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the Delivery Operating Model.
• Promote SAFe adoption and Lean-Agile practices across delivery teams.
• Develop and improve delivery methodologies, standards, governance models, templates, and playbooks.
• Coach Agile Release Trains, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leaders, and stakeholders.
• Assess delivery maturity, define improvement roadmaps, and analyze delivery metrics and KPIs.
• Support SAP S/4HANA initiatives by integrating SAP Activate with Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.

What you will do:

• Promote SAFe adoption and consistent Lean-Agile practices across delivery teams.
• Develop and improve delivery methodologies, standards, governance models, templates, and playbooks.
• Coach Agile Release Trains, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leaders, and stakeholders.
• Assess delivery maturity, define improvement roadmaps, and analyze delivery metrics and Agile KPIs.
• Support SAP S/4HANA initiatives by integrating SAP Activate with Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience, including strong experience in Agile coaching, PMO, SAFe, and delivery excellence roles.
• Experience implementing SAFe, leading Agile or Hybrid delivery initiatives, and working with Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA programs using SAP Activate and working with delivery tools such as Jira, BigPicture, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or SAP Activate certification, with C1 English and Spanish proficiency.
