Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to deploy and operate generative AI pipelines and agentic apps in production. You’ll work under senior architects to keep AI systems healthy and secure.

You will manage deployments, monitoring, security and CI/CD across Azure/Kubernetes environments, collaborating with global teams and contributing to reliable, scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting Generative AI or multi-agent solutions.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Strong Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AI Agents and RAG pipelines.
• Operate AI platforms safely with observability and incident response.
• Manage Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes services, and data stores.
• Implement CI/CD and IaC using Terraform; support audits and governance.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve reliability and security.
