Equisoft seeks an Agent AI Engineer to design, deploy, and manage agentic AI workflows that transform marketing, sales, and customer support. You will build AI agents to automate core workflows using Claude Cowork, Zapier, and other tools, integrating with human systems for best outcomes.

The role focuses on rapid prototyping, real-user testing, and moving successful builds to stable production while adhering to governance and data privacy frameworks.

Formación

• Experience in product, technology, analytics, automation, or similar builder roles supporting
• Proficiency in context engineering and LLM-based content workflows (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-powered automation
• Demonstrated experience building multi-step agentic workflows
• Familiarity with Claude Cowork or equivalent folder-based agent orchestration tools
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or customer support platforms (Zendesk) would be a huge plus
• Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)

Role:

The Agent AI Engineer reports to the CRO (Chef Revenue Officer). The incumbent will be responsible for creating agentic workflows that change how marketing, sales and customer support is done.

We're looking for a hands-on builder who can design, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate our core marketing workflows — and who can grow that into a coordinated system where one orchestrator manages the rest, along with its connectors and tooling. Because this space is evolving fast, the priority is someone adaptable and strong at turning messy processes into reliable, well-governed automation, rather than expertise in any single platform.

Your Day with Equisoft:

• Design and build agentic AI workflows and internal tools using Claude Cowork, Zapier, Copilot, Perplexity, and many other AI marketing tools and LLMs.
• Implement AI agents to support our customer success and customer support team. Ensure the integration of AI and human systems to drive the best output.
• Prototype quickly, test with real users, and move successful builds into stable, monitored production use.
• Define prompts, logic, approvals, error handling, and notifications so systems are robust and trustworthy.
• Document workflows in visual tools and enable team members on process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, sales ops, and vendors to manage integrations, APIs, and data syncs between platforms. Operate within Equisoft’s AI governance and data privacy frameworks.

Requirements:

Technical

• Experience in product, technology, analytics, automation, or similar builder roles supporting
• Proficiency in context engineering and LLM-based content workflows (Claude, ChatGPT), AI-powered automation and analytics platforms, and the ability to integrate generative AI tooling into the existing MarTech stack.
• Demonstrated experience building multi-step agentic workflows (not just single-prompt automations).
• Familiarity with Claude Cowork or equivalent folder-based agent orchestration tools.
• Experience with HubSpot MCP and other API integrations.
• Comfort working directly with a CRO and Head of Support as primary stakeholders.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or customer support platforms (Zendesk) would be a huge plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)
