Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking an Associate, Advisor Partnerships to be the front line of our Business Development team: qualifying and onboarding new advisors, owning the day-to-day management of our micro-account book, and keeping our reporting and systems accurate so BD leadership can act on real numbers.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-facing, business development, or account management role (travel industry preferred).
• Native or fully fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volume requests, micro accounts, and reporting tasks.
• Proficient with CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot, Tableau or similar) and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Review client intake forms and route to the correct Destination Specialist.
• Reach out to clients for follow-ups and invite to weekly forums.
• Host weekly open forums for prospective clients to understand UJV’s services.
• Support onboarding for new clients to ensure seamless, professional interactions.
• Manage the qualification process to move prospects forward and communicate decisions clearly.
