Job summary

Amrize in Medellín, Colombia seeks a professional to manage vendor master data, including creation, modification, reactivation, and blocking, ensuring data reliability in line with service agreements and internal policies. The role supports standardization projects across the region, assists with monthly closings, and prepares reports for monitoring and data quality control to drive operational excellence. Hybrid work with a direct indefinite contract.

Qualifications

• Professional degree or student from the 8th semester onward in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum one year in positions related to business logistics processes, such as vendor management, purchasing, accounts payable, or treasury.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute master data parameterization, ensuring its correct integration into procurement and supply processes.
• Plan and execute standardization projects and initiatives in the region, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to other ABS areas and client countries during monthly closing processes involving master data, ensuring accurate integration and updates.
• Generate and analyze reports for monitoring, auditing, and periodic cleanup of master data, ensuring correct indexing and verification of supporting documentation in accordance with internal policies.
• Guarantee compliance with internal policies and standards related to master data management, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures to optimize information quality and availability across business processes.
• Plan and execute Holcim Group internal controls (MCS) to meet the goal of accelerating growth and operational excellence.

Role Description: Ensure the proper management of vendor master data at Holcim, including its creation, modification, extension, reactivation, and blocking, through efficient and timely administration of business requests. Aimed at ensuring data reliability, in compliance with established service agreements and internal policies, thereby contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence..

Profile:

• Professional degree or student currently enrolled from the 8th semester onward in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum one year in positions related to business logistics processes, such as vendor management, purchasing, accounts payable, or treasury.
