Job summary

Auxis is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in a hybrid role with on-site work at Torre Bancolombia, Puerto Colombia (Barranquilla area). You will manage client invoicing, track receivables, and support cash flow while coordinating with international clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, experience in B2B collections, and solid MS Office/Accounting software skills.

Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage client invoicing, track outstanding receivables, and optimize cash flow. You’ll work closely with international clients and internal teams to maintain seamless billing operations, resolve payment discrepancies, and support BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Verification: Generate, review, and verify accurate client invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules.
• Collections & Cash Flow: Monitor aging reports, manage outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and apply received payments accurately.
• Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries, establish payment schedules, and participate in client Service Delivery Reviews.
• Process & Reporting: Prepare financial/operational reports, collaborate with the Quality Audit Team to streamline AR workflows, and support internal/external audits.

What We’re Looking For

• Language: Advanced Conversational English (B2+ or above required for oral and written communication).
• Experience: Experience in B2B Collections and billing processes is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Work Location & Schedule

• Start Date: Early November 2026
• Location: Hybrid model (2 days on-site per week) at Torre Bancolombia, Puerto Colombia (Barranquilla area).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or core business hours, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM site availability).
