Gallagher seeks an Accounts Payable Senior Specialist for the LATAM region to support the Non-trade AP Manager. You will help implement systems, maintain operations, and drive compensating controls, working with local teams and stakeholders to improve processes and accuracy across LATAM.

Your role includes reviewing controls, training, vendor maintenance, and adapting to regulatory changes, with up to 30% international travel and fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with vendor maintenance and account reconciliation.
• Able to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Clear and effective communication with diverse teams.

Join Gallagher as an Accounts Payable Senior Specialist for the Latin America Region. In this role, you’ll support the LATAM Non-trade Accounts Payable Manager with implementing systems, maintaining operations, and driving Compensating Controls initiatives.
