Job summary

Redux, a 100% remote company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our globally distributed team. You will process vendor invoices, run weekly payments, and maintain accurate vendor data in Yardi.

The ideal candidate has AP experience, knowledge of invoice lifecycles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of AP workflows, general accounting principles, and invoice lifecycle.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (Yardi preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
