Clariant SE in Bogota-Cota, Colombia, is seeking an accounting professional to ensure compliance with local regulations, focusing on Regimen Cambiario obligations before Banco de la República and DIAN, while keeping accounting books updated and printed.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, at least 3 years in accounting/finance within a multinational, and strong collaboration across functions in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Min. 3 years of experience in Accounting/Controlling/Finance or Audit in a multinational company.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
• Strong English and Spanish language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures Country's compliance with Regimen Cambiario with Banco de la República & DIAN.
• Ensure accounting books are printed and presentable.
• Support security/compliance programs (SAGRILAFT – PTEE – Habeas Data).
• Execute advance payments and reconciliations to field operations (FTE in Oil fields).
• Support regional treasury with payments.
• Bank reconciliations.

Responsible for support accounting based on corporate guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations, with primary focus on the Colombian Régimen Cambiario obligations before the Banco de la República & DIAN and keeping accounting books updated and printed.

• Ensures Country's compliance with “Regimen Cambiario” banco Republica & DIAN.


• Ensure Accounting Books printed and able to present


• Ensure and Support to Security Officer programs Colombian compliance ( SAGRILAFT – PTEE – Habeas Data)


• Execute payment in advance & conciliations to FTE in Oil fields.


• Support Regional treasury with payments


• Bank Conciliations

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English and Spanish.


• Relevant work experience (Min. 3y) in the Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Audit department of a multinational company.


• Good communication and collaboration abilities, teamwork spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally.
