You will work with analytics tools, manage relationships with artist teams, and contribute to Shorts and new formats strategies to amplify growth within the Latin American market.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of marketing, advertising, or entertainment industry experience.
• Data-driven content strategies with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the Southern Cone music scene across genres.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Looker Studio or vidIQ/TubeBuddy preferred.
• Intermediate English; Portuguese a plus.
• Self-driven and organized with clear communication with artists.

Aufgaben

• Develop channel- and release-specific plans with clear targets.
• Review and improve metadata, thumbnails, playlists, end screens, and channel structure.
• Drive Shorts, livestreams, and collaborations to expand reach.
• Serve as main contact for artist managers and teams.
