Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage material receipt, storage, and movement, ensuring accuracy and traceability. The role supports multiple areas and helps improve warehouse processes.

Responsibilities include document control, product reception, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year in similar roles and strong Excel/Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out and/or assist in receiving materials, storage, and movement of materials.
• Control of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Coordinate separation and distribution of materials for shipment.
• Ensure product integrity and traceability.
• Seek process improvements to boost productivity in the warehouse.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Review and receive products for storage.
• Prepare input sales kits.
• Provide cross‑functional support across areas.
• Monitor expiration dates and inform relevant teams.
• Report shrinkage or loss of products.

• Carry out and/or assist in the process of receiving materials, storage, physical and systemic movement of materials
• Control of incoming and outgoing documents
• Separation of materials, coordination for distribution and shipment of materials
• Ensure integrity and traceability of products
• Seek continuous improvement of processes and increase productivity in the sector
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Review and reception of products for subsequent storage
• Preparation of input sales kit
• Permanent support to different areas in relation to the activities of his position
• Periodically review the expiration of the products and inform the corresponding areas
• Report any shrinkage or loss of product
