Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer based in Chile for a partner company. The role focuses on creating performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads and guiding production to drive measurable results.

You will work with marketing, copywriting, and creative teams, using AI tools and Premiere Pro to shape hooks, patterns, and retention-focused structures across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Remote, fast-paced, and growth-oriented.

Formación

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising or performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles (hooks, retention, CTR, conversions).
• Experience with DTC brands or UGC-style advertising.
• Strong creative instincts for native, engaging content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Comfortable using AI tools (avatars, voice, generative video) in workflows.
• Proficient video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects adds advantage.
• Excellent written English; concise and conversion-focused communication.
• Ability to multitask, iterate quickly, and maintain high quality.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads with visual and narrative flow.
• Define actor actions and scene directions for execution without extra direction.
• Provide production guidance including stock footage, AI-generated content, and motion graphics.
• Develop hooks, angles, pattern interrupts and ad structures for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Use performance data to iterate concepts for improved engagement and conversions.
• Monitor trends and successful direct-response approaches across DTC content.
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and copywriting teams to boost campaign performance.
• Edit video content as needed to realize storyboard concepts using Premiere Pro and AE.
