Testing Site - JPMC in Chile seeks a Payments Client Service professional to support top-tier clients with cash management needs. You will advise, manage risk, and extend liquidity while liaising with bank partners to resolve issues in a global market.

The role requires 3+ years in treasury services, strong communication, problem solving, and English fluency; occasional international travel is expected as part of servicing multinational clients.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant Treasury Services experience or business college degree with advanced understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Strong negotiation and consultative skills with external and internal clients.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and liaise with clients and bank partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on decision making and act as central point of escalation for service issues with bank partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients to assess progress and satisfaction.
• Identify product/service gaps and opportunities for service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop annual client-specific service strategy reviews.
• Convey complex ideas with confidence and ensure risk policies are followed.
