Orphoz, a McKinsey company, seeks a driven transformation professional to design and execute client transformation programs. You will coordinate PMO tasks and drive implementation projects with support from a project manager, while mentoring junior consultants and leading client workshops.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years in project management, preferably in consulting (PMO).
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead teams and run workshops.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement client transformation plans and programs.
• Coordinate PMO tasks and drive implementation projects.
• Manage project workstreams with PMO support.
• Lead less tenured consultants and conduct client meetings/workshops.
• Contribute to internal firm projects.
