FieldCore, a GE company, seeks a Tooling Facility Supervisor II to lead tooling operations, manage inventory, and drive compliance across a medium-large facility. You will supervise Tooling Coordinators and coordinate calibration, procurement, and logistics to support field services and production needs.

You will partner with Facility Management and HR on safety, training, and policy execution, while ensuring adherence to EHS directives and QMS procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with 5–7 years facility operation experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of applicable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tooling inventory and ensure kits are ready for jobs.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance with local vendors.
• Lead Tooling Coordinators and enforce EHS directives.
• Manage procurement requests and supplier deliveries.
• Collaborate with Facility Manager and HR on safety and staffing.
• Support external audits and implement QMS procedures.
