Minmetal is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams for mobile and fixed-plant equipment in our Chile operation. You will plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on site.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or technical diploma and 6+ years in mining maintenance, plus experience with CMMS (SAP PM a plus) and leadership of unionized rosters. You will drive safety and reliability KPIs.

Formación

• Mechanical Engineering or technical degree is required.
• 6+ years in mining maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP PM a plus).
