You will orchestrate complex programs, refine roadmaps into actionable milestones, and act as the main liaison for stakeholders. Remote work is 100% available with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy with a solid background in engineering or systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience defining technical strategy and program roadmaps at scale.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project health and technical risks.
• Optimize engineering workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements.
