BairesDev in Chile is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs across distributed teams. You will manage dependencies, risks, and milestones from kickoff to delivery, partnering with executives to provide clear, actionable updates.

This role is 100% remote, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on adoption-driven initiatives, security enablement, and AI-related programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
