Sezzle is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution in a data-driven, AI-powered fintech platform. You will own delivery of complex features and collaborate with engineering, data, and design to define success metrics and ship impactful products.

The role emphasizes translating vision into technical plans, running experiments, and driving measurable improvements, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline.
• Strong SQL skills and data querying.
• 6–10 years product experience, fintech/payments/AI.
• Experience with agile environments.
• Experience with Claude or AI tools.

Mansioni

• Translate projects and quarterly milestones into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs and monitor performance.
