Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Management Associate to support the Surgery portfolio in South LATAM, ensuring effective positioning, lifecycle management, and commercialization across markets.

You will supervise two contributors, coordinate roadmaps, and translate market insights into market-ready plans, aligning clinical value with commercial priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles in MedTech/healthcare.
• Initial people leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Advanced English proficiency for regional interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of two individual contributors.
• Coordinate product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
• Translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and Regional teams.
• Ensure timely completion of Product Management initiatives.
• Contribute to commercial enablement and launch activities.
