Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes in Chile seeks a Product Management Associate to drive market expansion and portfolio growth for Knee & Hip platforms. You will translate market insights into strategic priorities, enabling Sales and field teams with value-based messaging and training.

Reporting to the local DePuy Synthes Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with LATAM Marketing and internal partners to execute local strategy and ensure successful market access, pricing, and launches for

Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience in Marketing and/or Sales in Orthopaedic business.
• Strong strategic mentality with hands-on execution and results.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Positive, proactive approach in dynamic environments.
• Ability to prioritize projects and be adaptable to day-to-day requests.
• Build credibility and trust with customers.
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze the orthopedics market to champion local strategy.
• Develop deep knowledge of the portfolio and enable Sales teams with training and evidence.
• Partner with LATAM Marketing to align local execution with regional plans.
• Define the Chilean Joints strategy based on local insights.
• Manage the Product Portfolio toward the LATAM-defined target.
• Plan and implement new product launches, including market access and pricing.
• Co-organize educational events for residents and surgeons with Education Solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Work with Supply Chain to optimize loan sets and inventory and handle backorders.
• Lead broader marketing initiatives to strengthen DePuy Synthes visibility.
