Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Chile is seeking a Product Management professional to drive market expansion for Joints (Knee & Hips). You will translate market insights into strategic priorities and enable Sales teams with value-based messaging and training.

The role requires strong collaboration with LATAM Marketing, English proficiency, and a hands-on, results‑driven approach to portfolio management and product launches in Chile.

Formación

• 3+ years in Marketing/Sales in orthopaedics.
• Strong strategic and execution skills.
• Able to operate in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze orthopedics market to drive local strategy.
• Develop portfolio knowledge and train Sales teams.
• Collaborate with LATAM Marketing to align regional plans.
• Define Chile Joints strategy aligned with LATAM.
• Manage product portfolio toward LATAM target.
• Plan and implement new product launches and pricing in Chile.
• Organize educational events with Education Solutions team.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory and backorders.
• Lead broader marketing initiatives to improve visibility.
