Olympus is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst to oversee the daily operation of the winery's warehouse, including receiving, inventory handling, and shipping. The role ensures a controlled flow of approved inventory to meet production and demand requirements, while maintaining order and following ISO standards.

Responsibilities include container receipt verification, proper storage, ERP documentation, and coordination of demonstrations and transportation.

Formación

• Over 1 year in similar warehouse roles.
• Basic warehouse management and logistics management.
• Higher Technical Studies in Logistics Management desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general administration and control of the warehouse.
• Receive products, verify against packing lists, and inspect condition on receipt.
• Report any irregularities affecting compliant receipts in the system.
• Store products in designated locations and assign locations to protect inventory.
• Prepare reserved products from system lists and register in ERP for delivery.
• Pick orders according to system instructions and record movements in ERP.
• Coordinate equipment for evaluations/demonstrations and ensure condition.
