Employer.com is looking for an analytical Analyst, Strategic Finance and Reporting to deliver revenue, expense, and churn forecasts through reliable data and deep analysis. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights, using Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Sheets for reporting.

You will build forecasting models, perform variance analyses, and drive data-driven decisions to support growth and cost efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with sales forecasting and revenue reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain revenue and churn forecasting models; adapt to data trends.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, Redshift, Tableau for forecasting and reporting.
• Develop dashboards tracking GTM KPIs and revenue trends; present insights to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and revenue growth initiatives with data-driven guidance.
