• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; interpret complex information.
• Advanced English proficiency for senior leadership interactions and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels.
• Leadership capability including prioritisation, coaching and QA of outputs.
• Ability to translate complex performance information into concise narratives.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; understanding portfolio data models and reporting architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of portfolio performance reporting, analysis and insights.
• Coordinate and quality-assure PMO outputs across reporting cycles.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources with KPI alignment.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and present to leadership.
• Synthesize cross-project performance into clear portfolio narratives.
• Manage reporting timelines and stakeholder requirements; minimize rework.
• Collaborate with regional/global PMO and Centre of Excellence.
• Coach PMO analysts in analytics and executive communication.
