Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior professional to provide on-the-ground commercial management for data center projects. You’ll protect the client financially and contractually, report on all commercial issues, and lead CTM processes addressing scope changes and budget risks.

You’ll coordinate with EPC teams, drive cost reporting accuracy from design kickoff, and chair CTM meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring accurate CTM data and documentation throughout the project

Formación

• Experience managing estimating or commercial activities on major construction portfolios.
• Experience in commercial management during pre-construction of major projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-the-ground commercial management support to protect client interests across data center projects.
• Manage and report on all commercial issues to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Lead the Cost Trend Management (CTM) process, identifying scope changes, market shifts, and budget risks.
• Ensure EPC teams understand baseline estimates, including scope, cost, and execution assumptions.
• Set up cost reporting at design kick-off with accurate budget breakdowns and CTM data integration.
• Chair bi-weekly CTM meetings with stakeholders and document minutes.
• Update CTM log to reflect changes, root causes, and review stages.
• Participate in design reviews to track cost changes from concept to final design.
• Capture and log client-driven changes for CTM review and approval.
