Nordex Group in Chile seeks a Long-Term Planner to optimize resource allocation for extended horizons within the Service Operations Team. The role reports to the Head of Service and collaborates with Service Operations on long-term planning, balancing resources, and subcontractor demand within budget.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, budget development, weekly demand/resource collection, and proactive bottleneck resolution using SAP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in large-scale wind is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform capacity planning.
• Create long-term plan and budget.
• Collect weekly demands and resources.
• Compare resource vs. demand and adjust for bottlenecks and surpluses.
• Review plan and budget.
• Create subcontractor plan for resource gaps.
• Block time in annual planning for inventory.
• Add materials to maintenance plan until HQ switch.
• Plan subcontractor capacity/demand continuously and during budget.
• Use SAP to process maintenance plans and data.
