CIP Terra Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the portfolio of renewable energy assets in Chile, starting with Arena BESS and later Patache BESS, with responsibilities spanning HSE, ESG and technical operations.

The role requires leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience in asset management or energy projects, with reporting to senior management and coordination with authorities and communities. Based in Santiago with travel as required.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and team management across operations and technical areas.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in asset management, infrastructure or energy project environments.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment with risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational performance across the asset portfolio in Chile.
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver HSE, ESG and technical outcomes.
• Manage service providers and contracts ensuring KPIs and SLAs.
• Report performance to owners, boards and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with landowners, authorities and communities.
• Drive optimization and asset value through proactive maintenance.
