BairesDev is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive outbound demand gen, identify and engage decision-makers, and convert inquiries into qualified leads. You will work with data-focused prospects, manage lifecycle in CRM, and collaborate with licensing partners to accelerate deals.

The role emphasizes handling outbound conversations across email, calls, and LinkedIn, with strong focus on English proficiency and experience selling to US-based teams in a fast-moving AI market context.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional experience in sales or business development roles.
• Hands-on outbound prospecting experience, including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, as an SDR/BDR or similar outbound-focused role.
• Background selling to or working with US-based customers or teams.
• Experience working for B2B companies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound demand-gen campaigns, researching the segment, building the target list, and reaching decision-makers via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Work the leads generated, both outbound and inbound, running conversations, understanding prospect data assets and consent, and converting good ones into qualified leads.
• Hand qualified leads to licensing partners with context including data type, volume, ownership and consent, and contacts.
• Manage the prospect lifecycle in the CRM from first contact through qualification, keeping the pipeline clean.
• Report pipeline status and market feedback to the team to adjust targeting and messaging.
